I drink Choffy and love it, but didn't know some of this information. Choffy is a bit pricey for me but it works out to be cheaper than the foods I used to buy (blueberries, pomegranite, acai berry) for the equivalent antioxidants and it doesn't go bad as quickly. I sometimes mix brewed Choffy into my son's hot chocolate for the nutritional benefits. Thanks for this interview. I drink Choffy and love it, but didn't know some of this information.
